This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, secure, and share data when you use the TradeHub Dealer App (the "Dealer App"), the Distributor Portal, or visit our official website (https://tradehub.in/privacy-policy).

This policy governs access by registered Dealers and Distributors utilizing our B2B commercial logistics features and order-routing utility interfaces.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to verify identity, establish secure B2B connections, and route inventory orders. Specifically, we collect:

• Profile Information: Business Name (Shop Name, Trade Name), Business registration certificates, and contact person details.
• Indian Tax Credentials: Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) logs, verified against regional commercial tax structures.
• Secure Credentials: Registered mobile numbers, OTP verification session logs, and cryptographic session signatures.
• Logistical Coordinates: Address snapshots (Billing Address, Shipping Address) embedded directly into orders to facilitate invoice fulfillment.

3. App Device Permissions

To support specific transactional and verification features, our mobile applications request access to the following device permissions:

• Camera & Photos: Required for uploading KYC documentation, tax certificates, invoice images, and claim proof documents.
• Notifications: Required for real-time order alerts, dispatch status updates, connection request notices, and system alerts.
• Background Coarse Location: Utilized exclusively for dispatch tracking, delivery routing coordination, and regional warehouse location validation.

4. Data Storage & Infrastructure Security

All business transaction records, session signatures, and account profiles are hosted and processed within a private, highly secure Google Cloud environment physically located within India, ensuring enterprise-grade safeguards and data sovereignty

We implement strict identity and access controls to isolate sensitive business data, ensuring safe, seamless transactions. All records are protected with robust 256-bit AES encryption both in transit and at rest, in full compliance with Indian data protection standards.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Account data is retained for the life of the registered business account. Upon request, users may initiate an account closure and request deletion of non-essential profile logs.

Please note that statutory transaction records, GST tax compliance logs, and invoice details must be retained for the minimum periods required under applicable Indian financial regulations and cannot be deleted immediately. To request account deletion, contact us at support@tradehub.in.

6. Legal Compliance

This Privacy Policy is structured to comply with Indian data regulations, including Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. We do not sell or lease business data to third-party brokers.
